Hit on dialling tab and enter the below number

*2767*3855#

And call there. In few seconds your phone will restart.
And your password would be gone and broken.

Firstly connect your iphone to your computer and connect it with itunes.
When you connect with itunes, a dialogue box appears on your desktop. Click on cancle on the dialogue box.
If no dialogue box appears, don’t worry. Just go ahead and follow the further points.
Hold the home button and the power button equally for 10 seconds.
Then release the power button and keep on holding the home button.
After a very few seconds of holding the home button, a dialogue box will appear on your desktop.
The dialogue box will ask you to restore your iphone/ipod/ipad.
Click on yes/ok in the dialogue box. Then the process starts.
Let the process finish and then follow the instructions.
Your device will restart and the password will be broken.
Now your device is ready to use.
